Cancellations

We require a minimum for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to notify will result in a 35% fee of the service(s) booked.

Missed Appointments

Failure to cancel an appointment and/or no-shows will be required to pay 50% of the service(s) booked.

Late Arrivals

Please note that if you arrive 15+ minutes late to your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame required. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15+ minutes into your appointment time it will be considered a “no-show” and will be treated as a missed appointment.

Extensions

A consultation is required to book an extension install. To hold your appointment time for the installation, the hair must be ordered through your stylist and paid for upon the booking of the installation appointment.

Arrival

Hair must be clean and dry upon arrival to your appointment. An additional charge will be added to wash and/or dry your hair, this could affect the overall completion of the service and may require re-booking.
